We are Karthik Shashidhar (leading Data Science and Sales) and Manu Bhardwaj (leading Technology, Product and Operations).
What we are building
You can think of Babbage Insight as a team of data-driven strategy consultants, except that each analyst is an AI agent.
You feed our “analysts” your structured data and key business questions (structured in the form of metrics that can be tracked continuously). Our “swarm of AI analysts” will then:
- figure out intricacies of your data, including patterns, trends and correlations
- generate hypotheses, effectively anticipating questions that you might ask
- evaluate the said hypotheses, digging deeper if and when necessary
- present insights in a visual and user-friendly manner, customized for each user using AI.
With Babbage,
- Your periodic business reviews can focus on the “what next” rather than on the “why”
- Your analytics team will not be burdened by BAU data / analysis requests
- Every manager now has her personal data analyst.
Who we are selling to
Our customers are CXOs of fast-growing small enterprises (revenue in $100Mn-250Mn range), primarily located in the United States. They are looking to continuously monitor their business, and get insights on key business decisions.
We are yet to narrow down on the precise sectors that can make best use of Babbage, but we know that it will be one where the volume of transactions will be high.
Why they will use Babbage
- Metrics only need to be configured once; insights will be continuously delivered to their tool of choice, or on demand (users don’t need to turn into prompt engineers)
